Instructions
Melt the 100g chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally.
Add the (coconut) cream and blend/mix well. Let cool to room temperature or store in fridge to firm up the mix for icing cupcakes
OR you can heat the cream till simmering, and the pour over the chunks of chocolate
