I love HGG’s mixes, and this one is probably the most versatile. I’ve used it to make a Blueberry and Lemon Cake, a Feijoa Cake, and a Black Doris Plum cake – basically whatever fruit (or veggies) you’ve got in the fridge, a cake can be done. In fact – I haven’t yet tried carrot grated with this mix, but I think I might have to! Delicious and such great ingredients. Working mum life-saver.
