Chocolate Chip Cookies Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbl water
- 100g oil or melted butter
- 300g or 2 1/4 cup vanilla baking mix
- dark chocolate chips or broken up dark chocolate
Instructions
- Heat Oven to 160 fan and line oven tray
- Mix oil, egg yolk and water together
- Add dry mix and combine
- Add chocolate and mix
- Roll into balls and press down onto baking tray
- Bake for 10-15 min until set on top but still soft
