THIS MIX WAS ACCIDENTALLY MADE WITH ALMOND MEAL INSTEAD OF BLANCHED GROUND ALMONDS

While the mix is still safe to use and delicious, it doesn’t meet our usual standards.

DUE to this mix being made with meal and not almond flour, it’s best suited to denser recipes like banana cake, banoffee pie, or slices.

Each bag contains 900g which is equal to 3 boxes of baking mix.

Use as little or as much as you like with our gluten-free baking mix refill bags. Make only 6 gluten-free muffins from 150g, or use 450g to make a double-layer plum or berry cake.

Ingredients: almond flour, tapioca starch, coconut sugar, coconut flour, baking soda, salt
