Warm or Cold Gluten-free brownie

This one I recommend eating either straight away while warm with yogurt, fruit or ice cream , or served cold from the fridge.
🍫You decide which way you like best. If you are trying to cut down on sugar but still like things sweeter, I would recommend using very dark chocolate, maybe 90%, then adding one of those monk fruit or stevia sweeteners when you melt the chocolate and butter together.
Ingredients
- 150g Hunter Gatherer Gourmet Chocolate Baking mix
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100 butter or oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate (you can use how ever dark you like) and the butter or oil together.
- Add 2 eggs, 150g Hunter Gatherer Gourmet chocolate baking mix and bake at 180 for only 15 min.
- It will not be set when you take it out of the oven, but will continue to cook while in the tin when you put in on a wire rack.
- Either let it sit for 5 min then scoop it out and enjoy warm with ice cream or yoghurt, or let cool completely, put in fridge and enjoy from the fridge.
