Chocolate Walnut Brownie Cake
The only reason I made this recipe was because I saw an amazing picture of a brownie stack and I wanted to recreate it. You only need half of a bag of our mix for this, so you get to make it twice! bonus. As usual it is incredibly easy to make and incredibly good for you.
You will only need;
100g oil (I use macadamia oil) or melted butter
100g dark chocolate smashed up (for this one I used Whittaker’s 72%)
2 eggs
walnut chunks as many as you want.
1 cup HGG chocolate baking mix
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional as there is already vanilla in the mix, but I like extra vanilla)
Preheat oven to 180C and line brownie tin.
Mix the oil and the eggs together. Add the dry mix, mix well then combine with the nuts and chocolate.
Pour into tin and cook for 15-20 min. Don’t overcook, you want this to be a little fudgy on the inside.
Enjoy!
What are the dimensions of the tin?
HI. I just use a standard square tin that you can buy from the supermarket or home store. it’s approx 20x20cm
